I'm Krisztina Kovács. I help companies and their leaders host their most important guests in Budapest — arranging the settings, the protocol, and the details that turn a business occasion into a lasting relationship.
My Story
My path to this work runs through both business and culture. A background in economics and nearly two decades in international corporate environments taught me how high-level decisions are made — but what stayed with me was something quieter: how much of a partnership is shaped by the moments around a table.
Across those corporate roles, hosting was always part of my responsibility — a steady succession of events, from small dinners to gatherings on the largest scale. Over the years, that work taught me to know Budapest's finest tables the way a friend knows them: which rooms suit which occasion, which kitchens rise to the moment, and how a single detail can define an evening. It also taught me how quietly cultural nuance can make or break an international relationship — an understanding I later formalized through training in international business and diplomatic protocol with Europrotocol, the European School of Protocol.
My approach is analytical by training and personal by instinct. I don't work from templates, because no two events — and no two guests — are ever the same. Instead, every detail is considered on your behalf, so that nothing is left to chance and your hosting reflects the very best of you.
Beneath it all is a conviction that a carefully prepared occasion does more than impress. It builds understanding across cultures, supports sound decisions, and earns trust that lasts — turning a single evening into a relationship that endures.
